Ingredients
  • 2.5 pounds lean ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • ½ medium chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • Pinch of black pepper.
Instructions
  1. Mix 2.5 pounds lean ground turkey with 1 egg, ½ medium chopped onion, 2
  2. garlic cloves, 1 tsp. dried basil, 1 tsp. sea salt, and pinch of black pepper.
  3. Roll into balls and broil approximately 4-5 minutes on each side.
