Tuna & Egg Salad
Healthy fun protein salad, great in the summer.

Ingredients
  • 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 Tbs. chopped red onion
  • 4 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. celery seed or salt
  • 1 Tbs. dry mustard
Instructions
  1. Drain 6 oz. tuna (in water) and place in bowl.
  2. Add all ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Serve on Romaine lettuce.
