Recipes: Spice Rubs

Spices and herbs have more disease-fighting antioxidants than most vegetables and fruits. They can be mixed and stored in airtight containers and kept in your pantry. Preparation time is minimal at approximately five minutes, and each recipe should last for several meals.

Barbecue Rub 
Paprika 1/4 Cup 
Stevia, Granulated or raw 1/4 cup 
Dry Mustard 1- 1/3 Cup 
Onion Powder 1-1/3 
Bay Leaves1 TBS

Coriander 1/2 tsp

Kosher Salt1/4 tsp
Essence Rub 
Chili Powder3 Tbs.
Paprika2 Tbs.
Cayenne Pepper1 Tbs.
Cumin, ground1 Tbs.
Coriander, ground1 Tbs.
Kosher Salt1 Tbs.
Black Pepper1 Tbs.
Garlic Powder1/2 tsp
