Skillet Garlic Chicken

  • 4 4-oz. chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 Tbs. coconut oil + 1 Tbs. coconut oil reserved
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste
  1. Heat large skillet over medium-high. Turn to medium heat and add 1 Tbs. coconut oil. Sauté
  2. garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Add remaining coconut oil in skillet with chicken. Cook for approximately 8-10 minutes on each
  4. side. Sprinkle onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper while cooking.
  5. Remove from heat and serve with your favorite veggie dish!
