Recipe type: Salad Dressings
- 2 Tbs. shallots, chopped fine
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Chill before serving. Enjoy!
