- One 14.75 oz. can of salmon (or fresh).
- Extra virgin olive oil.
- Veggies of choice
- Pressed garlic
- 2-3 Tbs. Tamari sauce
- Drain one 14.75 oz. can of salmon (or fresh).
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat and add a little extra virgin olive oil.
- Throw in veggies of choice, salmon, pressed garlic, and 2-3 Tbs. Tamari sauce.
- Cook until veggies are tender.
