  • One 14.75 oz. can of salmon (or fresh).
  • Extra virgin olive oil.
  • Veggies of choice
  • Pressed garlic
  • 2-3 Tbs. Tamari sauce
  1. Drain one 14.75 oz. can of salmon (or fresh).
  2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat and add a little extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Throw in veggies of choice, salmon, pressed garlic, and 2-3 Tbs. Tamari sauce.
  4. Cook until veggies are tender.
