Roasted Kale
The sherry vinegar forms a slightly sweet sauce to this Roasted Kale dish that is oh so yummy!

  • 1 large bunch kale, any kind
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. coarse sea salt or kosher salt
  • 1-2 Tbs. sherry, balsamic, or red wine vinegar
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. De-stem, wash, and dry the kale leaves.
  3. Cut leaves into 1-inch wide strips.
  4. Place the kale in a large mixing bowl, and drizzle olive oil over the leaves.
  5. Add salt and combine well.
  6. Spread the kale on a large baking sheet and place in the oven for about 7 minutes to roast.
  7. Remove kale from oven and toss.
  8. Return to oven for several more minutes until the leaves being to brown around the edges.
