Roasted Florets and Peppers

  • 1 head broccoli florets, chopped to bite size
  • 1 head cauliflower florets, chopped to bit size
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 orange or yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ medium Vidalia onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbs. coconut oil
  • ¾ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste
  1. Drizzle coconut oil and sprinkle spices over vegetables.
  2. Roast for about 10 minutes.
  3. Flip vegetables and roast for another 10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve. Enjoy!
