Roasted Florets and Peppers

Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli florets, chopped to bite size
- 1 head cauliflower florets, chopped to bit size
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 orange or yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- ½ medium Vidalia onion, chopped
- 3 Tbs. coconut oil
- ¾ tsp. red pepper flakes
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drizzle coconut oil and sprinkle spices over vegetables.
- Roast for about 10 minutes.
- Flip vegetables and roast for another 10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve. Enjoy!
