Red Wine Vinaigrette
As old as ancient Greece and Rome, The term vinaigrette goes back to at least 1699

Ingredients
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped fine
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped fine
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Chill before serving. Enjoy!
