Pineapple Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • ½ small banana
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • 14-28 grams protein powder, vanilla
  • 2 Tbs. flaxseed
  • 1-2 cups purified water
  • handful of ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Just throw all ingredients into a blender and puree – about 3 minutes.
