Recipes: Smoothies
Ingredients
- 1 handful of spinach leaves
- ½ small banana
- ½ cup pineapple chunks
- 14-28 grams protein powder, vanilla
- 2 Tbs. flaxseed
- 1-2 cups purified water
- handful of ice cubes
Instructions
- Just throw all ingredients into a blender and puree – about 3 minutes.
