Oriental Tuna Steaks

  • 4 5-oz. Tuna fillets
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 3 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. Tamari sauce
  • 1-½ Tbs. Dijon mustard
  1. Mix all ingredients (except tuna) in a small mixing bowl to make a marinade for the salmon.
  2. Place tuna in a medium bakeware dish and cover with marinade. Cover dish and place in refrigerator for 1 hour. After 1 hour, remove tuna and set aside. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place tuna in oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
