Minty Chocolate Shake Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 14-28 grams protein powder
  • 2 Tbs. flaxseed
  • 8 oz. pure unsweetened almond milk
  • handful of ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Just throw all ingredients into a blender and puree – about 3 minutes.
