Mango Cilantro Dip
A fantastic and simple dip to use over and over again. Good with a wide variety of veggie sticks too. Tip - buy mangoes when they are cheap and freeze them to use later.

Ingredients
- ½ cup mango, fresh or frozen
- 2 tsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- ¼ tsp. Stevia or Xylitol
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and puree.
