Ingredients
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced
- 5 small sweet peppers (any color), chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ½ tsp. coconut oil
- sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Coat peppers with coconut oil, and broil for 2-3 minutes or until skin is browned.
- Drizzle lemon juice and sprinkle sea salt and black pepper over vegetables before serving. Enjoy!
