- 1 heaping cup of kale leaves
- ½ cup blackberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- 14-28 grams protein powder, chocolate
- 1 Tbs. chia seeds
- 1 cup cold purified water
- handful of ice cubes
Instructions
- Just throw all ingredients into a blender and puree – about 3 minutes.
