Kale Berry Blend Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 heaping cup of kale leaves
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 14-28 grams protein powder, chocolate
  • 1 Tbs. chia seeds
  • 1 cup cold purified water
  • handful of ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Just throw all ingredients into a blender and puree – about 3 minutes.
