  • 3 large ripe tomatoes, seeds removed and chopped
  • ¼ cup sweet onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large hot chili pepper (Serrano or jalapeno)
  • 2 small cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2-3 Tbs. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1-½ Tbs. lime juice
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients into a ramekin or small bowl.
  2. Add to your favorite recipes.
