Ingredients
- 3 large ripe tomatoes, seeds removed and chopped
- ¼ cup sweet onion, finely chopped
- 1 large hot chili pepper (Serrano or jalapeno)
- 2 small cloves garlic, pressed
- 2-3 Tbs. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1-½ Tbs. lime juice
- sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a ramekin or small bowl.
