Egg White & Avocado Salad
Winter spring summer or fall is the perfect season for salads. Start fresh with this egg white and avocado salad.

- 6 hard-boiled egg whites (chopped)
- 1 chopped avocado
- 1 chopped celery stalk
- 1 small chopped Granny Smith apple
- 2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- Mix 6 hard-boiled egg whites (chopped), 1 chopped avocado, 1 chopped celery stalk, 1 small chopped Granny Smith apple, 2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil, mayonnaise, 2 tsp. lemon juice, ½ tsp. sea salt, and ¼ tsp. black pepper.
- Serve topped over butter lettuce.
