Easy Salmon Patties

- One 14.75 oz. can of red sockeye or other available salmon
- 2 eggs
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 tsp. parsle
- 1 tsp. black pepper.
- Coconut oil
- Drain one 14.75 oz. can of salmon (red sockeye is nutritionally the best and also has the best flavor of all salmon).
- Mix in bowl with 2 eggs, 1 small chopped onion, 1 tsp. parsley, and 1 tsp. black pepper.
- Make into patties and cook in skillet over medium-high heat with coconut oil for 4 minutes on each side.
