Easy Salmon Patties

Ingredients
  • One 14.75 oz. can of red sockeye or other available salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. parsle
  • 1 tsp. black pepper.
  • Coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Drain one 14.75 oz. can of salmon (red sockeye is nutritionally the best and also has the best flavor of all salmon).
  2. Mix in bowl with 2 eggs, 1 small chopped onion, 1 tsp. parsley, and 1 tsp. black pepper.
  3. Make into patties and cook in skillet over medium-high heat with coconut oil for 4 minutes on each side.
