  • 4-5 large shrimp
  • 1 Egg
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut.
  1. Roll shrimp in beaten egg and then unsweetened shredded coconut.
  2. Heat coconut oil in large skillet until hot.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-high.
  4. Add shrimp.
  5. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
  6. Shrimp should be fried golden when done.
