- Veggies of choice
- Coconut oil.
- Tamari sauce
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Slice chicken breast into thin bite-sized pieces.
- Stir-fry in electric skillet with veggies of choice and a little coconut oil.
- While cooking, add a little Tamari sauce, sea salt, and black pepper to taste.
