  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. water
  • 1 tsp. poppy seeds
  • pinch of kosher salt
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Chill before serving.
