Buttered Shrimp & Scallops
Shrimp and scallops are great for a quick meal any night of the week. Either or both can be quickly sautéed, then enjoyed solo as an entrée, or added to salads and pastas. A filling protein meal with relatively few calories and little fat.

  • 1 Tbs. coconut oil.
  • 4-5 Large Shrimp
  • 3-4 Large Scallops
  1. Heat skillet on high. Reduce heat to medium-high.
  2. Melt 1 Tbs. coconut oil.
  3. Add shrimp and scallops and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Shrimp should be pink when done; not gray.
