Black Bean Hummus
Add all ingredients (except olive oil) to a food processor. Puree until smooth. Add olive oil as needed to thin. Enjoy!

  • 1 15-oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped fine
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • extra virgin olive oil (as needed for thinning)
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs. tahini
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
