Ingredients
- ⅓ cup blueberries
- ¾ cup strawberries
- 14-28 grams protein powder, vanilla or chocolate
- 1 Tbs. flaxseed
- 1 Tbs. almonds
- 1 cup cold water
- handful of ice cubes
Instructions
- Just throw all ingredients into a blender and puree – about 3 minutes.
