Baked Kale Chips
Believe it or not, kale can actually be a great low calorie nutritious snack. Not only is it nutritious, but it gives potato chips a run for its money!

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 tsp. sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line 1-2 baking sheets with parchment paper, nonstick foil, or silicone baking mat.
  3. Destalk, wash, and dry kale.
  4. Tear kale into chip size pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Toss well with your hands.
  7. Spread the leaves onto the baking sheets.
  8. Bake 10-15 minutes or until the edges of the leaves are crispy and browned (not burnt).
