Baked Kale Chips
Believe it or not, kale can actually be a great low calorie nutritious snack. Not only is it nutritious, but it gives potato chips a run for its money!

Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 tsp. sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line 1-2 baking sheets with parchment paper, nonstick foil, or silicone baking mat.
- Destalk, wash, and dry kale.
- Tear kale into chip size pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Toss well with your hands.
- Spread the leaves onto the baking sheets.
- Bake 10-15 minutes or until the edges of the leaves are crispy and browned (not burnt).
